Instead, healing happens through safety, choice, and nervous system support. Our offerings prioritize gentle, effective interventions that respect the body’s limits while still creating meaningful physiological and psychological shifts.
Client autonomy is central to our work. We believe individuals should remain informed participants in their own healing process, not passive recipients of protocols.
