The Relief Room™ public classes are designed for people who want real relief, not performance, pressure, or spiritual bypassing. Each class offers a unique curated blend of modalities such as sound, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, or nature-based support – guided by facilitators with deep training and lived experience.
These sessions are not about pushing through or fixing yourself. They’re about creating the conditions where your nervous system can finally soften, reset, and recover.
