About Natalie
Natalie brings nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex health journeys, including six years in trauma and emergency medicine in Los Angeles and three years working alongside those navigating spine conditions and chronic pain in Utah. These years shaped her understanding of how deeply the nervous system influences pain, overwhelm, and our sense of safety in our own bodies. Natalie’s lived experiences with chronic pain and trauma, along with supporting neurodivergent loved ones, have taught her how healing it can be when the nervous system feels safe and seen. Natalie’s work now expands this knowledge into a more integrative, restorative approach — one that centers calm, embodiment, and the body’s natural capacity for healing.
Natalie’s focus is on creating nurturing spaces where people can reconnect with their senses, feel supported by their environment, and strengthen their resilience. Through sound experiences, nature-based practices, and sensory-informed nervous system education, she guides individuals toward more ease and comfort in daily life. Natalie is continuing advanced training in areas such as Sensory-Informed Auditory Regulation Training and Horticultural Therapy, expanding offerings that meet people wherever they are on their journey. At the heart of this work is a simple intention: to help each person feel more balanced, more connected, and more empowered in their own body.
